The Main Street: Greeneville Downtown Improvement Grant (DIG) offers funding to enhance commercial building facades within the Downtown Redevelopment District. The goal is to boost economic vitality through improved aesthetics, which can raise property values, attract businesses and residents, and increase marketability. A total of  $235,000 is available for general improvements and $15,000 for minor projects. The program is funded by TNECD and managed by Main Street: Greeneville with support from the FTDD.
