One Lancer Center Celebrates Grand Opening in Downtown Greeneville

Downtown Greeneville welcomed an exciting new addition with the grand opening and ribbon cutting of ONE Lancer Center at 132 West Depot Street. Developed by LCG Development International, the beautifully restored mixed-use building features second-floor office suites, ground-floor retail space, and the D.M. Ellis Innovation Room, a flexible event venue honoring longtime Greeneville advocate David "Mickey" Ellis.

The Northeast Tennessee Economic Development Corporation (NETEDC), an affiliate of the First Tennessee Development District, was proud to provide financing that helped bring this transformative redevelopment project to completion. By investing in projects like ONE Lancer Center, NETEDC supports economic growth, encourages private investment, and helps revitalize communities across Northeast Tennessee.

The project also marks the first completed development for William Sams, who began planning ONE Lancer Center while attending East Tennessee State University and now leads LCG Development International full time. As Sams noted during the celebration, the project's goal is to strengthen the entire downtown district by creating opportunities for businesses and the community to thrive together.

Congratulations to William Sams, LCG Development International, and all the partners who made ONE Lancer Center a reality. We are proud to have played a small part in a project that will have a lasting impact on downtown Greeneville.
