Registration for the 33rd Annual Conference on Aging, hosted by the First Tennessee Area Agency on Aging & Disability on April 25, 2023 is now live!
This year's conference theme "Aging Unbound" will bring together speakers and experts on issues affecting our region's senior population at the Meadowview Convention Center. Topics include the Seven Deadly Sins of Volunteer Recruitment, Understanding Loss and Grief, and What’s the FTAAAD Got to do with It, to name a few.

Kathy Whitaker Excellence in Aging Service Award
A new feature of the “Aging Unbound” Conference is the presentation of the Kathy Whitaker Excellence in Aging Service Award. This annual award honors Kathy’s ongoing commitment to service on behalf of older adults. Ideal nominees include active volunteers for programs such as MyRide and Meals on Wheels or any of the countless acts of service that benefit the region’s senior population. To nominate a volunteer, visit www.ftdd.org/nominate before March 31, 2023.
Silent Auction
For the "Aging Unbound" Conference, the staff of the FTAAAD have organized a silent auction. Items included in the auction include a Kindle Fire, home decor, and several excellent gift baskets.
